Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

2. Ticket Sales: Efficiently handle ticket sales and transactions, ensuring accuracy in pricing and change given.
3. Game Assistance: Assist customers in understanding game rules, operating game machines, and addressing any issues or questions they may have.
4. Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing gaming zone rules and policies. Address and report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
5. Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
6. Cash Handling: Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and securely, balancing cash registers at the end of each shift.
7. Cleanliness: Ensure the gaming zone is clean and well-maintained, including game machines and common areas.
8. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.

- Cash handling experience is a plus.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

- A passion for gaming and entertainment is a bonus.
