Civil Supervisor

1 Check and maintain the quality parameters of concrete mix, mortar and other applicable materials.
2 Check and maintin the dimensions, line, length, levels, plumb related to all civil works including shuttering, layout etc.
3 Get the work done by labour/ petty contractor by making proper plan of material, machinery and manpower/ labour availability and deployment to ensure targets are achieved.
4 Check and maintain quality of work during the progress of work and get the site work done in proper Quality/ finish and in timely manner without any Rework.
5 To execute works as per approved Checklist and Work orders.
6 Control consumption of materials and manpower/ labour.
7 Take safety Measures related to work activity and follow safety & security guidelines.
8 Work out quantity & submit daily progress reports and labour reports
9 Assist Site Engineer/ Senior in his work as per directions given by engineer in charge
10 Get the work done from Juniors & Maintain total discipline on site.
11 Keep proper record of materials issued to contractors and ensure material issue slips before handing over material to contractor.
12 Keep information of goods received & use gate pass for sending material rejected by informing the seniors.
13 Ensure all materials received on site and ensure that rejected materials are not unloaded at the Site and to keep record of the same.
14 To ensure proper shifting and stacking of material at required place with lowest re-movement.
15 Use & upgrade the knowledge on use of modern technique related to work & be open to accept the same.

Minimum qualifications
Civil Supervisor 12th pass
Civil Foreman 12th pass
Civil Engineer Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering
